We utilize low VOC paint and UL approved electrical products. We try to select for natural fibers to promote healthier indoor air. For smart devices like monitors, we prioritize FCC-compliant products, and select for low EMF emissions. Quoted price assumes standard size bedroom (<150sqft) in good condition. Furniture straps assume pre-existing furniture and layout for this package
